Kris joined Scullion LAW in 2011.

He joined as a trainee and became a Director in 2018. He is a graduate from Strathclyde Uni.

Kris has been passionate about cars since he was a kid. He even wrote his first school project on “supercars from around the world”.

From the horsepower and 0-60mph figures, to the technological advances in the production of the chassis and drivetrains- Kris has an almost encyclopaedic knowledge of modern supercars. Therefore, it seemed only natural to combine his obsession with cars and his legal background – he now specialises in Road Traffic matters. He can regularly be seen at both the Sherriff and Justice of the Peace Courts throughout Scotland- from Peterhead down to Dumfries- successfully defending driving licences / keeping clients on the road.

From simple red light offences to more complex cases involving insurance technicalities – Kris’ enthusiastic personality and willingness to go that extra mile, has seen him gain popularity with clients. He is an asset to the team and always works hard to get RESULTS.

He has a particular interest in careless driving cases. Kris has taken issue with the way police ‘happily’ issue fixed penalty notices to tackle driving that is ‘undesirable’ rather than that which is in fact ‘careless’ under the legislation.
